The men of Camp Crystal Clear West are hosting a 4-day camping weekend in Wrightwood, California, in the Lions Camps at Teresita Pines in the Angeles National Forest August 22 – 25, 2024.
This is going to be a recovery-based retreat with meetings, workshops, outdoor activities, meals and evening fun and entertainment. This is certain to be a special weekend of recovery, bonding and healing.
Our slogan this year is “Retreat, Recharge—Recover!”

SCHOLARSHIP SUBMISSIONS are now closed
There will be a limited number of scholarships to this year’s CCCW Retreat . These scholarships cover registration for the conference, including all workshops, meetings, events, meals and activities during the weekend.
Transportation to and from the campsite are not included.
CCCW would like to give those gay men in recovery who cannot afford to attend the conference an opportunity to be a part of this incredible weekend of fellowship and connection with others in our community. To that end, these scholarships are intended for for gay men in recovery who, due to their financial or personal situation, cannot pay the registration themselves.
Criteria:
- Gay, sober male in recovery (please list your name, cell # and sobriety date)
- In one or two paragraphs, explain why you would like to be a scholarship recipient, and what you hope to experience at CCCW.
- Please give us a sense of why you qualify for a scholarship.
- Please submit your scholarship request to registration@campccwest.org by June 24th to be eligible.
The scholarship recipients will be drawn at random from all valid applications. We will notify those awarded the scholarships by July 1st.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The Lions Camp at Teresita Pines is a group camping site nestled in the mountains of Wrightwood, CA. All cabins are insulated and heated and there is a Large Dining Hall/Lodge. Seasonal activities offered with certified staff include archery, climbing wall, and pool. Additional self-serve activities include hiking, yoga, volleyball, and basketball.
